(RP blog for my Megamind-verse OC Alice Heartly)
I'm a college drop out. Can't go back home cause my parents don't know and I can't tell them why... So I'm here in Metrocity trying to find a way to put my life back together.
-his long fingers wrapped around her hand as he tugged her to stand and once she did he moved his arms around her shoulders in a hug, leaning his face past hers-
She tensed as his arms went around her shoulders but after a moment she relaxed and let her own hands rest gently on his back, returning the hug. She figured this must be his version of a thank you. He didn’t really strike her as the type to say it out loud and soft smile turned up the corner of her mouth.
-he didn’t let up right away, with his arms still around her shoulders he leaned his face towards her ear as he spoke quietly- What kind of cookies so you like little mouse?
A faint blush touched her cheeks at feel of his warm breath against her ear, her hands still on his back. “Uh… snicker doodles….” She couldn’t help the awkward grin that pulled at the corner of her mouth. With his hug and speaking quietly in her ear, the name of the cookie just sounded funny to say out loud.
-he stopped glancing casually back at her- Oh, what did you want? a fucking cookie? -he laughs and grinned-
“Ha ha.” She said sarcastically. “A thank you might have been nice.” Then she considered and grinned crookedly, glancing back at him. “Though you did eat my last pop-tart, so ya, a cookie would be great.” She smirked.
-he turned around and moved back to her- Alright.. I’ll bring you some cookies. -he reached his hand down to her as if to offer to help her to her feet-
“Really…?” One brow lifted slight, not quite trusting what he said, and she eyed his hand for a second, but reached up to take it.

Weird.. been called many things but weird is not often one of them. -he smirked and slowly crawled off the couch, standing and stretching before cracking a few joints-
“Well, you’re welcome.” She chuckled quietly, leaning against the front of the couch. “Just trying to share the truth.” She said with a small dramatic flare, shivering lightly at the sound of his joints cracking.
Uh huh.. -he leaned over and ruffled her curly hair with his hand on the top of her head as he passed, heading for the door- See ya round little mouse
“Hey!” She waved his hand off as he passed, smoothing her hair back out. Leaning around the edge of the couch she called after him. “You’re welcome, by the way. For keeping you from getting squished, keeping you safe.”

Oh -he said sarcastically- Soooo sorry I tickle raped you -holding his hands up in the air as if innocent-
She blinked at him for a second, then laughed, a short burst of giggling as a faint blush rose to her cheeks. “Oh my word… ‘tickle raped’? Really??” She laughed again, turning her face into the couch cushion. “Oh my gosh….”
-he slowly sat up, scooting until his back met with the armrest and bent his knees up, smirking watching her react to just a few simple words-
She giggled gently against the couch as he shifted, then sighed and turned her lower body to slide off of the couch, her butt landing with a thump and slowly sitting up to lean back against the couch. “Oh my word..” She said again with a soft chuckle, grinning and running a hand over her face, through her hair. “You are so weird.”

Alright alright.. -he slowly stopped- I guess I will have to stop since, ya know, you need to breath to live and stuff. -still holding onto his evil grin-
She gasped for a good deep breath when he finally stopped, and shivered a deep full body shudder to get ride of the tickling feeling. Then she went limp and sighed deeply in relief as she waited for her heart rate to return to normal. After a second, she reached up and smacked his arm. “That was not funny.” She said though her voice was still a bit on the giggly tired side and her faint grin ruined the stern message.
-he couldn’t help but laugh when she hit him- Are you sure it wasn’t funny… you sure do laugh a lot at something that wasn’t funny. -he teased-
Her nose scrunched slightly as she puffed a short half laugh, still relaxed against the couch next to him, getting her breath back and letting her heart beat slow. “Ha, that was forced laughter. Giggling against my will!”
